OBSTACLES TO IT EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE

From the word obstacles means:
=>One that opposes, stands in the way of, or holds up progress.

Information technology also referred to as IT or the IT Industry covers a broad range of services. The study and design and development, the implementation, support and management of computer based information kind of sums it up. Information technology would cover network support, computer repair, computer maintenance, computer builds, software engineering, website design, Internet marketing, information technology covers just about every aspect of what you would associate with anything that is designed or managed by a computer or by a network or by a piece of software. Information technology also covers all of the software that you use and that is information technology.

IT obtacles in educational practice is to use information technology to improve learning processes, the pedagogical assumptions underlying the design of information technology for educational purposes must be understood. This paper reviews different models of learning, surfaces assumptions of electronic teaching technology, and relates those assumptions to the differing models of learning. Our analysis suggests that initial attempts to bring information technology to management education follow a classic story of automating rather than transforming. IT is primarily used to automate the information delivery function in classrooms. In the absence of fundamental changes to the teaching and learning process, such classrooms may do little but speed up ineffective processes and methods of teaching.

When we say educational technology it is refers to the use of technology in educational settings, whether it be elementary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, corporate training sites, or independent study at home.

Education encompasses teaching and learning specific skills and also something less tangible but more profound the imparting of knowledge , positive judgment , and well develop wisdom.

4. The Teach Act

5. Library And Archives Exceptions
means that the copyright act codifies a certain exceptions intended to allow libraries or archives to engage their mission of preservation of content and making it accessible to the public.
6. Public Broadcasting Exceptions
several provisions of some sections provide some targeted provisions for the benefit of the public broadcasting.
7. The Fair Use Doctrine
if the educational use exceptions are excessively specific and narrow, the fair use of doctrine presents exactly the opposite problem. the fair use doctrine has evolved through over a century and a half of judicial decisions as a defense to copyright liability governed by a general set of standards.
